4. Set an Intention

Spend a few moments reflecting on what you hope to achieve during the session. Setting a clear intention can enhance your experience, whether you’re releasing stress, overcoming limiting beliefs, healing, or deepening your spiritual connection.

5. Create a Comfortable Space

Choose a quiet, private area free from distractions. Use a yoga mat, bed, or couch to lie on, and consider adding pillows or bolsters under your knees for support. A blanket can provide additional comfort. Use an eye mask if you have one.

6. Wear Comfortable Clothing

Opt for loose clothing that doesn’t restrict your breathing. Avoid tight garments, especially around your waist, to ensure comfort throughout the session.

7. Avoid Heavy Meals

Eat lightly at least 4 hours before the session to enhance your comfort and focus. This will help you feel more at ease and present during your breathwork journey.

By following these steps, you’ll be well-prepared to immerse yourself in the transformative experience of 9D Breathwork. Enjoy the journey!
