Tip # 1 Listen to Uplifting Music
In challenging times, music can hold power to trigger joy, spark nostalgia, and even relieve stress and anxiety.
Music has a fantastic ability to change the way we think and feel. Put together a playlist of the most positive, uplifting music that you love and listen to it at least once a day. It can be one song or a dozen. What is important is that you do it EVERY day. You can find any of these songs on YouTube.
