Use Point of View Questions

This tip has been beneficial for me, and I hope it will be for you.
I use one of these “point of view” questions when I am in a situation where I feel stuck or overwhelmed or bubbling feelings of anger and frustration.
Just stop and ask yourself one of the suggested “point of view” questions and then wait. I love the feeling of relaxing into an unseen possibility even though I might not see the solution.
The first one is my favourite – you might like a different one.
