When human beings experience trauma or severe life stressors, their lives can unravel. Cora Whittington’s great passion is to guide her clients through to a new story so they can be whole, complete and happy.
Professionally, Cora is an Executive and Life Coach, Facilitator and Retreat and B&B owner. She has a B.A.Sc. degree in Family Studies and numerous trainings and certification.
Cora also speaks from experience, having worked through numerous losses and life stressors. A few include having to sell their century farm for the buffer zone of a landfill site, becoming unemployed at the age of 50 and the tragic death of her 17-month-old granddaughter. With every situation, Cora decides who she wants to be as  the story  unfolds and moves toward it.
Her favourite quote is “Be the change you wish to see”  and works on this continually. Last September, Cora rappelled down 29 stories of the Harbour Castle Inn in Toronto, just so she could practice  inner settling techniques and break through a major limiting belief.
Cora lives on an enchanting 195-acre property, in a dream home with her husband where she operates a Retreat and B&B.  She has three amazing children and seven adorable grandchildren who love to come an play on a very fun piece of earth.
